Commonly known as “Day of Coordinator”. The only difference with Green Chili Events, is that we perform beyond your special day. This package was designed for the couple who has planned their wedding but needs a wedding professional to execute their desires seamlessly on the wedding day. We will tie any loose ends. We will also be your trusted line of communication for your family, wedding party, guests and vendors.
The Wedding Management Services package includes but is not limited to the following:
• Timeline Creation and Management
• Monthly check-in Meetings
• Vendor Recommendations
• Vendor Management and Coordination
• Review of all vendor contracts and service confirmation
• Coordinate of all vendor arrival and departure
• Set up table numbers, favors, flutes, etc.
• Coordinate event set up and strike
Full - Service Wedding Planning
This package is for the couple who would rather be in the moment, as opposed to in the planning.
Green Chili Events is prepared to relieve you from the stress of planning and executing your wedding day. You will ultimately get to decide how much or how little you would like to be involved in the details and arrangements. For example, maybe you love checking out venues but don’t want to be too involved in the guest list management, no worries. Green Chili Events will oversee the full planning process, logistics and coordination to ensure your vision becomes a reality!
The Full-Service Wedding Planning package includes but is not limited to the following.
